Team Permissions
Teams can be configured with specific permissions that control what team members can do:
Available Permissions
- View Tickets - See tickets assigned to this team
- Manage Tickets - Close, claim, rename, and modify tickets
- Add/Remove Users - Add or remove users from tickets
- Use Commands - Use ticket management slash commands
- View Transcripts - Access ticket transcripts and history
These permissions are automatically applied when you assign a team to a ticket panel.
