Everything in the ticketing core is free with no limits. Premium is an optional upgrade billed through Stripe at one flat monthly price per server (see the pricing page), and adds the professional tier described below. You can activate it from the Premium page in your server dashboard and cancel anytime from the Stripe billing portal.
