Using Tags
Staff members use tags with the /tag command:
- Type /tag in any channel.
- Start typing the tag name - autocomplete will show matching tags.
- Select the tag and press Enter.
- The tag content is sent to the channel.
Tags can be used in any channel, not just tickets. This makes them useful for general server moderation too.
