Whitelabel Setup
Whitelabel runs TicketsX under your own bot application, so your members see your bot's name and avatar on every panel, ticket, and reply. TicketsX hosts and runs the bot for you. Each server connects one bot token.
- Create a bot application in the Discord Developer Portal and copy its bot token.
- Open Settings in your TicketsX dashboard and paste the token into the Whitelabel section.
- Invite your bot to your server when prompted (the dashboard shows an "invite required" status until it has joined).
- That's it. Panels, tickets, commands, and the dashboard all keep working, now under your brand.
Your token is stored encrypted. You can switch back to the default TicketsX bot at any time from the same settings page.
