AI Summaries & Credits
Premium servers can summarize any ticket into a short brief covering the core issue, key points, next actions, and open risks. Summaries are available from the /summarize command, the Summarize button on tickets, and the dashboard.
How billing works
- Your subscription includes AI credit for the built-in model each billing period. The credit resets with your renewal.
- You can buy additional credit top-ups from the dashboard at any time.
- Or skip credits entirely: add your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini API key in Settings and usage is billed by your provider instead.
Your API key is stored in your server settings so the bot can call your provider. You can replace or remove it whenever you like.
You can also customize the model and the summary prompt in Settings if you want a different format or tone.
